Edward Green is CEO at Equipped and has more than 19 years of experience within Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Estate in a range of leadership roles across investment and operations.

He has an extensive track record in building high performing teams across multi-jurisdictional platforms and deploying innovative technology to address complex client requirements.

Prior to joining Equipped, Ed was a Partner at AnaCap FP, most recently as head of the firm’s European Credit Platform. Previous to that role, Ed spent ten years as part of AnaCap’s PE value creation team. Ed played a crucial role in developing the Minerva software technology platform as well as building out Equipped’s managed services solution.

He is a CFA Charterholder with over 18 years of investment and operational experience.

Paul Nayar joined Equipped as Chief Financial Officer in January 2025, bringing over 30 years’ experience in the international finance industry.

Paul has held senior leadership roles, including Group CFO at Crestbridge Group, where he led financial strategies driving significant growth and institutional investment. His career spans roles at PwC, RBSI International, Santander and Zedra showcasing his expertise in multi-jurisdictional operations for regulated funds, private client, corporate services and private banking businesses.

Based in Jersey, Paul is passionate about fostering innovation and operational excellence to support Belasko’s growth and client service goals.

Costa Barakos is Chief Operating Officer at Equipped, responsible for leading the Group’s operational strategy.

Costa brings more than 18 years of international experience across financial services, including senior roles in banking, asset management, and strategic transformation. He previously played a key role in the operational transformation of Hamburg Commercial Bank, a Cerberus portfolio company, and was a member of Cerberus’s Value Creation Team. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions within a global investment bank and a leading strategy consultancy, delivering large-scale change and performance-improvement programmes for financial institutions.

James heads Equipped’s commercial division. He has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry. 

James has spearheaded growth in multiple regional businesses across EMEA & U.S., building successful commercial teams to execute on GTM strategies. His previous roles include leadership positions at firms including Bloomberg LP and Genesis Global Technology.

Matthew is responsible for Equipped’s Platform development and has been a key architect of Minerva, building on years of R&D and experience at AnaCap Financial Partners. 

He has 15 years of Business Intelligence, Software Development and Product Management experience.

Amol Mathur is Head of Product at Equipped, responsible for leading the company’s product vision, strategy, and execution across its SaaS platform for alternative investment managers.

Amol brings nearly two decades of experience in financial technology and product leadership, with deep expertise across private investment strategies. He has led the design and delivery of enterprise-scale platforms that unify data, and investment operations, enabling faster decision-making and operational efficiency. Prior to Equipped, Amol held senior product and technology leadership roles where he drove large-scale digital transformation initiatives, built AI-driven product capabilities, and scaled high-impact cross-functional teams across complex, data-intensive environments.

Praveen joined the leadership team of Equipped in 2021, bringing over 18 years’ experience in the client services and program delivery.

He brings a strong background in stakeholder management, delivery operations, and cross-functional leadership, gained through his experience in global organizations including Barclays, Cognizant, and CSC. 

He is known for his ability to balance client advocacy with operational discipline and committed to building trusted partnerships and ensuring every engagement delivers measurable outcomes aligned to client expectations.

Praveen is based in Noida, India and passionate about uniting people to create tangible results, solving complex problems. Outside work, he enjoys family time, travelling, racket games, and cricket.

Anuj Dhawan is Head of Finance & Pricing at Equipped AI, where he leads financial strategy, pricing optimisation, and value-creation initiatives across the group. He brings nearly 19 years of experience across strategic finance, investments, M&A, and business transformation within technology, financial services, and venture-led businesses.

Anuj’s experience includes leading acquisitions, driving EBITDA expansion, strengthening treasury and cash-flow management, and building high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across geographies. Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled a venture-backed mobility start-up, Ridenest.

Based in India, Anuj is a recognised thought leader on macroeconomics, investing, and corporate finance, and has been featured in publications including Financial Express, Deccan Herald, Moneycontrol, and Business World.

Vimal Chaudhary is a senior analytics and strategy leader with 18+ years of experience shaping enterprise data transformation across global financial services institutions. 

He specializes in AI driven innovation, risk and portfolio analytics, and CXO advisory, consistently delivering multi million dollar impact and leading high performing global teams.
